After eight years away in the big city, Yusaku is invited to come back to his remote hometown and work for a while in his uncle's clinic. He arrives back home to find that much has changed. Although he left as just another teenager, he returns as a respected authority figure, and his childhood friend Ibuki has grown into a pretty doctor herself. Yusaku is a heartthrob for the impressionable local nurses and some of the patients at the clinic.
